      students.

    3. If the class does not work as I expected is important to consider the strategies how to develop the activities the biggest challenge could be to get the students interest

    4. activites not going the way you expected the best way the teacher have clear knowledge in the topics and the students undertand. Sometimes planning is enough time and the students not understand.

    6. To be succesfull as a teacher ,I cosider really important to select appropriate activities to apply in the classroom , there is always the chance to modify what we expect at the of the lesson , so we should include relevant topics as well as meaningful ones so I prefer to plan based on what my students are good at , Simplifyng their tasks and giving clear directions to fulfill the tasks , the bigger challenge will be deleted of our minds when we dedicate passion to our work as educators

  2. I think, the teacher sholud have to select student practice activities to create a simple and effetive plan for a lesson. and so they don't waste time to plan for hours. the most important point is that TEACHERS AND STUDENTS fell comfortable in class.

    1. I agrre with you, when we organize activities is better, and it is more challenging for me to work in planning, because we have to organize the activities and think how can we do to have better results, in that case when we are in classes it will be easier to apply the different activities. It is hard at the beginning
      but it is very helpful.

    2. Totally agree with you about planning Activities and thinking about students being comfortable in class. In my opinion the BIGGEST CHALLENGE is the hours we teachers have for teaching 3 hours a week are not enough. We ned at least 2 periods a day.

  3. Planning time is a challenge, not only the effort we do in planning our next class for our students, but also the required documents that the Ministry of Education demands. This takes much more time, including our "resting time" at home, which isn't true. We are up until late, to wake up very early the next day, just to accomplish certain requirements.

  5. I can say that the bigger challenge is that activities not going in the way I expected. I feel unmotivated and I tryied to analyze what was wrong or what I can change for next time.

  6. Planning the activities not going the way the expected. Take into acount the geographic situation. In this place don´t have the material much less as books. the studens try to learn with the help of teacher. the time isn´t a problem. I think that the Ministery of Education must include topic acord each country with the reality.

  7. The bigger challenge is planning time according to student's needs because, as we know crowded classrooms don't let to develop productive skills in just 40 minutes.

  8. Time consumption when planning, specially if we don't have enough hours to do it. Teachers must have a plan b, c, d, ..., z just in case something happens in their classes.

  10. I think planning time is the worst. It takes me a lot of time doing it. I would like to use that time looking for some nice activities or materials

    ReplyDelete
  11. I think, the bigger challenge is planning time because I work with students with special needs and large classrooms, The planning is according with students´ needs so it is difficult to develop their skills even more speaking.

    ReplyDelete
  12. In my opinion planning time because sometimes there are unexpected situations such as meetings, sports, and we have to re plan the activities

    ReplyDelete
  13. I agree with my colleagues, time to planning is so bored, but it is necessary to have an effective class. We need to select the activities taking in mind our students' needs. Sometimes the planned activities don't go the way we expected for many reasons. Firstly by the institutions' needs, or by the obligatory curriculum, or in our case becasuse we don't have the material to work.

    ReplyDelete
  14. For me, planning time is a bigger challenge. It always takes me a lot to plan a unit. I really like to use ICT in my lessons, so searching for free and useful new tech tools or free educational apps to adapt for my students always take time. Sometimes I use a blended environment and my students learn both English and tech, and they really like it. And of course that also take a lot of time.

    ReplyDelete
  15. In my opinion, planning Time is a bigger challenge. I have to work with 35 students and with students special needs, who requires for me to teach them face to face, one by one. So while I am teaching and helping these students, the other ones must work in groups but I cannot supervise to all of them.

I try that my students love english planning funny and creative activities but I don't have a classroom to decorate with english staff ,no internet ,no projector .I planned a roll play but parents don't like spend money in costumes.I got in roll with neflix so few students can watch a movie in english using my smart phone and my lapto .No resources is the hardest part to plan.

  17. Hi, for me planning is not a really big challenge because my team work together and we create a common syllabus and unit plans. Besides, lesson plans are guide by our books, teachers resources and platform. We prepare our classes before the academic cycle starts. That's why it is not really complicated. On the other hand, whenever the things don't go in the way I expected, it's not a problem. For me, it's an oportunity to learn from my students. Also, as a teacher I am in the possition to conduct the class to the original plan.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I would say activities not going as planned has been my greatest difficulty. I think it's ideal to plan several activities so you'll have something that can replace the activity gone wrong. Of course that route (planning more activities) takes more time, but it's totally worth it and also if you're careful about your planning you can come up with general activities that can be used several times (thus saving time in future planning sessions).

    ReplyDelete
  19. The requirement of the Ministry of Education that requires planning on paper, which leads teachers to take our time at home, and only to meet system requirements. We are able to generate a simple and flexible planning which is more projected to the needs of the students rather than the needs of the ministry. It is for this reason that for me time planning is a challenge when it comes to classes.

I think the planning time is a real challenge for every teacher for different reasons . In my case, I teach English in 6 courses, in each course there are almost 45 or 50 students, at least 5 of them with special needs. I love teaching so I try to plan according the reality of my students but it takes a lot of time. Sometimes I can't teach what I planned because we have any activity in the playground like open houses, or fairs of the different subjects so I have to modified my planning again.

    ReplyDelete
  24. In my opinion, planning time is a bigger challenge because it requires no interruptions during classes and the ability to work with a limited number of students as well.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I agree with some of you, planning some activities for accomplishing are not the best way to help to the students, sometimes the student´´s behavior is not a positive factor for developing the different skills.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I think planninig is an important way to teaching. It makes easy. And some activities doesnt expected me. I dont feel bad. It help me to decide the best option for my students.

    ReplyDelete
  27. In my personal opinion to be honest planning time because sometimes there are unexpected situations such as meetings, sports, and we have to re plan the activities or only send the homework.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I think as a teacher we choose the best for our students, but they do not put too much interest in the cllas a I feel a little bit disappointment

    ReplyDelete
  29. In my opinion the bigger challenge is that activities not going in the way I expected. Sometimes I feel demotivated because students dono not give the importance that learn English has

    ReplyDelete
  30. Creo que lo mas importante de la planificación es insertar en ella actividades ludicas dependiendo del tema donde ellos le cojan gusto al aprendizaje del ingles y ademas tomando en cuenta el tiempo que tenemos para trabajar con ellos

    ReplyDelete
  31. In my opinion, the bigger challenge is when I expect some results and these are completely different. You know, we usually outline some activities in a defined time and we expect to accomplish them strictly. However, the most of time this is unreal because we are working with human beings, who have different opinions, perceptions and abilities.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Mi apinion es que me falta el tiempo ya que en la planificación esta lo que vamos a trabajar pero en la realidad es diferente hay estudiantes que captan rápido y otro estudiantes que no lo hacen

    ReplyDelete
  33. For me the bigger challenge is planning time because we have crowded classrooms with 40 or more students and they need to practice for developing their skills.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Sort of both, planning time is difficult when you have to work with 5 groups of 30 students a day and the low level of English and even student's attitude hinders the successful of your goals although you select the most significat, funny and easy activities you cannot accomplish your goals without your student's help.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I believe our bigger challenge as teachers at the beginning of every school year is start to test what activities are going to worrk successfully with our students and which not. In this process planning time can become exausting because we work with heterogeneous groups which means not all the strategies are going to run in the same way with all the pupils. But our mission as educators is to find the best resources to our students can become successful producing English Language as much they can in every class. when we get that our labor will be a little bit less tired because we have studied our groups of students previously and we will know what activities are they going to enjoy more than others, in that way they will feel encourage to use the English language.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I think that it is very importan to practice

    ReplyDelete
  37. Both are challenging, because we have to measure the time to give the explanation, and in turn see an activity according to the needs of the students.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I think that the major challenge is that the activities not going the way expected. You can plan wonderful activities to make your students participate in the language learning process but the fact is that the majority of the time, you can not follow all the steps that you planned before for the simple reason that we don't manage how students react to new challenges in the learning process. Sometimes they can feel involved with the activities that teachers plan but not always, it's for that reason that teachers react to students' expectations in the daily classes and avoid following the whole planning.

    ReplyDelete
  39. If teachers plan well, things almost always will be as expected, so what we need is enough time for planning.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Both are challenging, not only the effort we put in planning for our next class but the other activities the institution demands. We didn't have much time to grade the activities so we took those at home, which isn't fair. We also have to complete the programe schedue just to accomplish certain requirements, even though the students had been absent for some other university duties.

    ReplyDelete
  41. The bigger challenge is planning time, because we have to plan according to our group of students needs and the requirements of school authorities, but it is very important that we plan simple activities focused in the students needs.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I think the same form of you, planning some activities for accomplishing are not the best way to help to the students, sometimes the student´´s behavior is not a positive and they don't want to learn the lenguage.

    ReplyDelete
  43. The panning is a good tool to organize our class but the government requires a lot of it. It distracts us in the important key which is to handle real resources and activities to target the learning objectives. Sometimes a lot of planning doesn't fit in the class as we expected.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Both of them. I really spend much time trying to look for meaningful activities to make Ss practice the topic they are learning, obviously through speaking. Finally, very often I feel the time we spent doing the activity was not enough, even we use more time I have planned. Students are more interested in the grade they get, so the cheat. I have told them that the objective is learning, not cheating. They use their mother language when I do not see them. It is frustrating.

    ReplyDelete
  45. My big challenge is to figure out another effective way to make my lesson works. It specially happens to me when I make group work.

    ReplyDelete
  46. The challenge is to make the planning time coincide with the class time, the teacher spends a lot of time planning the class, but generally we only have forty or forty five minutes to apply it and sometimes these few minutes are dedicated to receiving and review tasks or other unexpected activities

    ReplyDelete
  47. In my opinion is the planning time because we are going to work on but in reality it is different, there are unexpected situations such as: sports, meetings, seminars and we can not go on with the activities of the planning.

    ReplyDelete
  48. In my opinion, you should work with the books of the cradle project, they help a lot in the understanding of English and it is not the time, it is the ministry that should plan according to the reality of each country.

    ReplyDelete
  49. In my personal opinion the most challenge isplanning time because we have only 30-35 minutes (real time) . Also we need time to organize the class, send homeworks, etc.

En las planificaciones, el tiempo es el gran desafía, pues en difícil coordinar este aspecto en clases.

  51. I think the most biggest challenge is the planning time, because the time it is not sometimes enough to accomplish with the purspose planned. Besides, it would be easy for us to move other topic, but that is not the aim. However, it is vital to remind that the plans may be adaptavive and it may be adjustable to students' needs and even the time.

    ReplyDelete
  52. As a teacher I know that the biggest challenge is the planning of activities, the students do not have texts, my opinion would be that the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION tries to put topics that are according to the country and place where they live, I try as a teacher to teachs through videos that I download to my laptop, so the students are interested in their learning.

As you we know, we always work under pressure, there are a lot of things at the same time, and we have to plan the activities in the best way, in order to get students like what they are doing and learning, but sometimes unexpected things happen, and it doesnn't depend on us!

    ReplyDelete
  55. From my perspective, I face seriously challenges when I want to carry on my planned activities in my classrooms. The main reason is that administrators in the Language Department asks permanently to accomplish the official syllabus for the students' "benefits" which is entirely based on a commercial textbook,. If I applied other activities based on my creativity and personal criteria, students and administrators would complain about why to have bought a textbook. In reality, it becomes a straitjacket. For sure, administrators say to be flexible with the official syllabus; but at the end of the semester, students and administrators evaluate the teacher negatively by marking the teacher did not fulfill the textbook as it was planned previously. Unfortunately, every class is registered in a computerized system. Later on, if I consider some extra activities, I will be out of time to achieve the official planning, and the extra activities will not match the additional activities. On other words, one thing is what administrators preach, another what they do.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Mi mayor desafio creo que es planificar el tiempo ya que durante la hora clase pueden surgir muchas situaciones diversas a las cuales debemos atender con la finalidad de que los estudiantes no queden con vacios sobre el tema.

    ReplyDelete
  57. For me, a bigger challenge is when activities not going the way I expected because of the different learning styles. Our classroom reality is hard when you have different language levels with different ways to learn. So, I seek out sources that refer to student´s preferences to connect the way they understand and apply their learning. It is also important to consider activities to some students with special needs to respond a teaching inclusively.

    ReplyDelete

    1. I think the bigger challenge are activities due to, in the classroom we as professors can find students with different background knowledge and with different learning styles, in order to satisfy their learning needs professors have to use correct methods, techniques and strategies to teach them.

  58. The bigger challenge is planning time...because there are many information to students and different levels in the same classroom...then i have to plann according this situation for me the time is short to teach many topics ...without count NEE

    ReplyDelete
  59. For me, it's planning time because we need to think about different activities that are understandable and simple for students.

    ReplyDelete
  60. I can say that the biggest challenge is planning the activities when you don't have the resources needed to reach students on a specific topic.
Also we know that the teacher work under pressure each student is different.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I think that the most important thing is the planning of activities since if these are effective the students will understand the message.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Hi everybody, for me planning isn't bigger challenge, because is easy to write and write. The real challenge is do that this plan get into a reality for most of the students. Nowadays public schools have classes with 40 students, in my case I work with 43, and each class has different way of learning, without mention NEE.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Yes, of course it is frustrating to schedule activities and they do not work because you invest time, creativity and money preparing materials.

    ReplyDelete
  64. For me, the biggest challenge is planning time. As everyone knows, times at schools change a lot and most of the time we are filling papers and more papers and those are not related to English. We have to submit grades to the platform, we have 30 hours, we have to attend parents, etc. Even act as a father or mother if you are a tutor guide. So, in the end, We don't have time to plan a lot and also we do not have enough resources great things. Nevertheless, I am sure that we try the best in every class. This information is very valuable to improve our teaching strategies.

    ReplyDelete
  65. In my opinion, when the lesson that you carefully planned goes down the drain, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances? it takes a lot of effort to put it back on track again, you have to use every trick on the book, And sometimes even that is not enough...

  66. For me, Planning Time is a challenge because I have the opportunity to improve and create confortable class for my children.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I think that the biggest challenge is the planning time because many times there is not enough time to accomplish what has been planned in the other hand in this year our students do not have books to work of a the better way with them.

    ReplyDelete
  69. I think that the changage is planning time because We have the oportunity to organize and plan interesting topics so prepare an excellent class

    ReplyDelete
  70. for me the activities,Because I feel frustrated

    ReplyDelete
  71. The bigger challenge is planning. We have classrooms with more than 30 students including students with special needs, so we have to plan according to the students needs and that takes a lot of my time and we only have 40 minutes to develop the plan.

    ReplyDelete
  72. The bigger challenge is planning, the time according to student's needs isn't enough to teach, besides the crowded classrooms don't let to develop activities productives skills.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Personally, I consider planning is a real challenge, not just because of the time it takes but all the documetation it requieres. Also, we have different classes with different connotations so plans need to be adaptable to every different group which makes not an easy task.

    ReplyDelete
  74. I think that planning times is a challenge,it takes me a lot of time doing it.

    ReplyDelete
  75. In my opinion, the biggest challenge is planning time, because there is not enough time to achieve what has been planned because I work with some grades and I do not have enough teaching tools

    ReplyDelete
  76. I may say, both are a big challenge. However, when the activities planned don't go like expected can be frustrating. It gives the idea of taking consideration about the group we are working with, since maybe the same activity might work for one group, but not to the other. At that point, I would need more time planning the proper activities, with the same topic but different groups of students.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I think that biggest challenge are the activities nor going the way I expected because They aren´t according to the reality to the students. Nevertheless some topics shoul be change.

    ReplyDelete
  78. I think that both of them are the biggest challenges because we plan and incluye activities to apply to during the learning process but many times the se activities not going the way we expected because the students do not consider English as essential language, but whe this happen we always try to see the way to motivarte and changes other activities in our plans until to get good results

    ReplyDelete
  79. Hello, I totally agree even we could practice our class at home as we are at the day of class.

    ReplyDelete
  80. The planning time is bigger challenge than activities because teachers are so creative and can do many different things for developing the class and knowledge in a good way but there are some templates enforce by different authorities and Ministerio de Eduacacion so we can not change according our students' necessities.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Well, I think that it depends on the group of the students which it has to work, not all have the same attitude and behavior to acquire the knowledge (we know that) and teachers have to take into consideration this detail at the moment they are doing the planning, I have understood that, and I try to pay attention in the planning time to finish in the correct moment or to stop in a special part to continue the next class.

    ReplyDelete
  82. For me its a bigger challenge planning time, because teachers must first think about the level of knowledge of the students, they have to think in things that interest to the students and in this way the teachers can focus the new subject to be taught. It is important for the teachers how to teach the new topic and in the skills and attitudes that students have in the learning time in the classroom. The teacher should provide practice materials and reinforcement of the given topic too.

    ReplyDelete
  83. The planning time because two hour a day isn't enough

    ReplyDelete
  84. Planning is not a big deal, because I can have a simple format to do, In fact I considered planning is the most important tool for teaching, however we have to follow filling or adapting the plans from the Institutions according their formats, and some times is not realistic, as teachers we know how is the group of our students, sometimes we elaborate the perfect plan but, other is the reality in class...

    ReplyDelete
  85. Considero que el tiempo, porque en algunas ocasiones se terminó el tiempo pero quedaron dudas y más dudas en los estudiantes.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I consider planning.
Common planning time is considered to be a form of professional development, since its primary purpose is to bring teachers together to learn from one another and collaborate on projects that will lead to improvements in lesson quality, instructional effectiveness, and student achievement.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I think it´s a bigger challenge is Planning time, because teachers must think in the level of each students for develop their skills or knowledge into the class. Teachers can search for new materials for that students understand and interest for the subject.
Students know our group of students that not interest in the class.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Maydi Hermosa: I think that all of this depends on our own personalities. For instance, in my case I usually have a harder time when planning. As I am a very expressive and creative person usually I come up with good ideas just in the moment we are in the classroom, at that moment I think or feel that what I recently came up is much better than what is written on paper. So, planning was almost a waste of time! :)

    ReplyDelete
  89. Pues creo que las actividades no nos salen bien no es por una mala planificación sino porque previamente no visualizamos las necesidades del grupo, es importante recordar que cada grupo es diferente.

    ReplyDelete
  90. In my opinion planning time, because we do it thinking about 40 students or more in a class, different learning levels, multiple intelligences, special needs students, lack of interest, lack of didactic resources and technology

    ReplyDelete
  91. The time we take to plan is a challenge because we must balance the different learning needs of our students.

    ReplyDelete
  92. In my opinión planning time, because Teachers spend a lot of time doing it, and sometimes there are any unexpected situación, and Teacher cannot do theit bit with efficiency

    ReplyDelete
  93. The most biggest challenge for me is to plan activities, we have different courses with different students in each one. So we need extra time to plan our activities every day. However, if we always take a little time to think and plan the class, it will be easier and funnier to teach, also the students can learn and participate each other all the time.

    ReplyDelete
  94. In my personal opinion, planning time is a bigger challenge. Because must of the time it is not according to our studente reality.
Planning must be according students needs and as you know we as a teachers do not have to much time during a period of class.

    ReplyDelete
  95. By the way, planning is our biggest aim as teacher because it depends on my challenge. So I need to find out all the strategies to reach our goal and students' succeed during class.Along my experience working on IB program I should have to get involved in many activities with them , to take part and become a guider in order to be successful and not to feel embarrased when something doesn't work as I have planned.I think we need to put in students' shoes and look their reality to present the situation and students react successfully mixing different activities so that they can't get bored instead of that, they can be fun and enjoy it.

    ReplyDelete
  96. El maestro debe seleccionar las actividades de práctica de los estudiantes , para crear un plan simple y efectivo para una lección. y así no pierden el tiempo para planificar durante horas, así debe ser de una manera más práctica para que sea más productiva

    ReplyDelete
  97. I think that the challenge is the methodology of teach to give prudential time to student, interactive togheter, and teacher with many simple resources.

    ReplyDelete
  98. For me the bigger chellenge is that activities not going in the way I expected. This is because each group is different. For example, some activities work in a particular group and sometimes it does not work in the way I expected.

    ReplyDelete
  99. I think activities not going in the way I expected is a bigger challenge than planning, because sometimes we spend time planning and we think that certain activities are going to work with our students, but when you apply them don't work as you expected, and then you have to evaluate yourself and make a reflection for knowing why the activity didn't work, and for improving the next time you teach that topic.

    ReplyDelete
  100. I thing somerimes this is a little difficult because there are different types of students but we have to do this. I am RAUL RODRIGUEZ from Ecuador (Quevedo).

    ReplyDelete
  101. I care about whether my students are actively involved in my class and interested in the content. Engagement is more important for me. I enjoy trying and using a variety of active learning strategies to attract my students interest and excitement even though it means to apply effort and risk

    ReplyDelete
  102. I believe the planning is a teacher guide for what students need to learn, how it will be taught, and how learning will be measured.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Organize our Time for planning is crucial because it determines the success of our classes however, we are overloaded of extra work that involves parents appointments, week reports for DECE , writing many other documents that our authorites ask to do..so it is a little difficult to cope with all at the same time.

    ReplyDelete
  104. According to the reality of some of us. I can say that planning is the bigger challenge because it takes so much extra time to do it. And it is often challenging because the institutions require you to do it as quickly as possible. However, it does not mean that activities not going the way you expected is not a challenge too. Sometimes you have to challenge yourself to plan in just few minutes because of that.

On the other note of teachers not getting what we are expected from students is once a disease which one cant cure it for just a day it needs a lot of time and a process so the best way as teachers is to be more focus teaching from unknown to known and with time we could reap what we sow

A good planning allows to complete all the activities in the classroom. Of course it takes time to plan effectively but it is our rol as teacher, we have to select the activities and engage students to involve in activities. So planning is very important and it is a great challenge for me because I have to be creative to allow students participation.

  126. The planning time is the biggest challengue due that we as teachers have a lot of activities to perform, we have to attend the different things that the Ministry of education,DECE and the authorities of the institution require us, in a classroom we have between 30 and 40 students, in some cases are students with disability and special needs, our plan has to be different for them. Also we have to attend parents every day, we have to give reinforcement extra classes for students that have low scores but happens that the majority of this students don' make the tasks, don' study because they don' want, but for the Ministry of education we have the blame and we have to visit them at their houses, and all of this activities we have to prepare at home in our resting time and also at weekends. If we have less demanding avtivities, we could improve in our teaching.

Sometimes what you have planned is not applied into classroom because when you are gonna give a feedback to your students with regard to the previous class you noticed that it is not possible to cintinue with the new class due to the most of them did not understood the last one. Then you have to take 45 minutes to repeat again the previous. Finally, planning is the biggest challenge for me.

Sometimes, when I can`t finish or apply all of the activities that I have planned I don’t feel bad because it helps me to choose or change the strategy that I am using for those activities and step by step I could have good results.

Well I am not sure, may be it is the planning time because in some school years I had more than three grades so in that case is necessary to do more than three plans and obviously it takes more time (I have to recognize that I get in troubles when I am planning becasue at the moment of setting the activities I do not know what kind of activities I have to choose and so on ). On the other hand is challenging the development of the activities as well because the students are not engaged, or may be the class is interrupted or simply I was not well prepared.

The time to plan, sometimes the time is not enough and when you plan, not everything goes according to what we have already planned, sometimes we have to repeat several times a topic due to a little understanding of the student that sometimes means that some courses are advanced and that with others are delayed, it is necessary to see with what method we can reach the student, because in the classroom some will learn faster than others, while others will not even care about the class....

Whenever you make a plan, you know what you want to achieve. At the same time, it becomes clear what the future might hold and what your goals are. Your aims, which has been decided by planning, makes your decision making more effective and more ‘to the point’.
This is because you know that how a decision will affect your plan in the long term and whether or not, this decision will help you in achieving your goals. Thus it helps you make decisions faster.

For me it is fundamental to say that the time is enough because I teach 5 hours each course from 1-3 BGU. Notwithstanding, suddenly when I plan different activities for developing in the class, they are not finish off successfully because of the high school has to carry out diverse activities which must be accomplish starkly. For example, cultural, social and sporting programs, simulacrums. Those activities mentioned above generate drawbacks in my planning; thereby, the class does not go the way I expected.

In my opinion, I would say that planning is one of the main activities to succeed in our class. It is noticed when we plan, since each activity has a purpose and a plan for contributing to accomplish the objective of the class. In fact, when planning it is important to set a plan B, by reason of students' mood; simply, they are humans and sometimes they are more energetic but sometimes they are not. In fact, we, as teachers must adapt ourselves to obtain good results.

    Best regards,

As teachers we should reflect and analyse the situation of each group. we should be aware of all the possibilities inside the classroom and come out with ideas to plan better or know clearly why our plan is not working well.
